Recently paypal has started shutting down any sites using paypal for a payment processor on any gaming related sites that offer prizes of any level.
You can verify this by calling paypal for yourself if you like.

http://www.Alertpay.com I have talked to around 15 hours in total over 2 weeks time talking to people in the base support on up to development, and legal departments and tell me that the gaming sites are within the terms of service and policy's. Also alertpay has less fees, and offers payment from more credit card company's than paypal as well. So this opens you to a wider market.
This new payment module can be seen on sites such as

Any online game as stated before is going to be getting a email from paypal stating you have 10 days to comply and remove all paypal related buttons, and media from your site of they will lock and close your account.
